Alex is committed to ensuring SMSFs are administered accurately and efficiently. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Deakin University, an Advanced Diploma of Management, and RG146 qualifications in superannuation.
SMSF Team Leader
Duc has more than 15 years of experience in SMSF administration, with deep expertise in financial statement preparation across BGL360 and Class Super platforms. He oversees the administration of over 300 SMSFs annually and mentors the team to strengthen operational capability.
He also led the transition to a new SMSF accounting system to streamline workflows and improve turnaround times. Duc holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Arts from Monash University.

Sakshi transitioned into SMSF accounting after building a strong foundation in corporate finance and financial reporting. She holds a Master of Accounting and Finance from The University of Melbourne and brings a deep understanding of compliance and financial accuracy to every fund she manages.
Specialising in SMSF administration, Sakshi prepares annual returns for more than 300 funds each year. She works closely with accountants and advisers to deliver accurate, compliant processing with fast turnaround times. Sakshi also liaises with auditors and clients to resolve SMSF queries, helping ensure smooth and reliable back-office support.
Senior SMSF Administrator
Lepapa brings over 15 years of experience in SMSF administration and accounting, with deep expertise in financial reporting, compliance, and risk management. Her background includes more than 5 years as a fund accountant in the corporate superannuation sector, providing her with a broad and practical perspective on fund operations.
She supports accountants and advisers with accurate, compliant SMSF processing and a strong focus on turnaround efficiency. Lepapa has also held team leadership roles, providing technical training and support to SMSF accountants across multiple platforms and workflows.
She holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Diploma of Accounting, and is recognised for her strong work ethic and commitment to continuous improvement in superannuation services.

With over 15 years of experience in administration across the financial and banking sectors, Andrea is known for her precision, reliability, and deep understanding of compliance requirements. She supports accountants and advisers with accurate, end-to-end SMSF processing aligned with superannuation legislation.
Within the SMSF Engine team, Andrea manages a high volume of critical payments, including income tax, ATO activity instalments, and ASIC annual fees. She holds a Business Administration qualification from TAFE and brings a consistent, client-focused approach to every fund she oversees.

Neha holds a Bachelor of Applied Finance and International Relations and brings a well-rounded background in stockbroking, personal finance, and administrative support.
She has 3 years of experience in the financial services sector, including roles in client service, back-office operations, and process support. Now focused on SMSF administration, Neha assists accountants and advisers with rollover processing, combining attention to detail with a proactive approach to compliance and service delivery.

Komal brings over 5 years of experience in administration and client support across financial services, legal documentation, and technology sectors. She manages tasks such as ASIC lodgements, ATO portal setup, Class onboarding, and preparing key documents including investment strategies and annual returns.
